You will be the first impression for guests, handling check-ins, payments, and queries, ensuring all guests receive outstanding service throughout their stay. The important stuff:
You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquiries/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
