Overview

Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Temporary Receptionist for our client covering various sites throughout Lanarkshire.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a professional and welcoming environment for all occupiers and visitors.
  • Manage the access control system and ensure building security protocols are followed.
  • Provide clear and effective communication to all occupiers.
  • Compile and submit accurate statistical reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the Building Manager and wider FM team to support daily operations.
  • Handle incoming telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front-of-house role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong team player, able to work effectively with others.
Offering
  • Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm.
  • £12.60 per hour, paid weekly.
  • Ongoing temporary contract, reviewed on a weekly basis.
