A dental service provider in Oldham is seeking a Receptionist to provide exceptional service to patients. The successful candidate will manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and support the dental team. Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service are essential. Location: Uppermill Dental, Oldham.
Hours: 29 hours per week.
As a Receptionist you are at the heart of your practice. You are the first point of contact for every customer. Welcoming them in, understanding how they are feeling, and making sure they have a great experience. You’ll know that first impressions count.
You’ll work side by side with every team member and build trust through your efficiency, accuracy, and people skills. You’ll be a great communicator. Able to talk clearly and calmly with every patient both in person and over the phone. And you’ll be able to handle any concerns and queries that patients have regarding the treatments on offer in the practice, including pricing and follow ups.
