About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will manage reservations, greet customers, and ensure an excellent first impression while supporting the front‑of‑house team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations, handle booking inquiries, and ensure an efficient seating arrangement.
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist guests with their needs, including guiding them to their tables and addressing any special requests.
  • Process guest check‑ins and ensure that all necessary information is recorded.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist the front‑of‑house team with administrative tasks as needed.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
