Responsibilities include answering calls, redirecting queries, maintaining the reception area, and assisting the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be friendly, have excellent communication skills, and be computer literate. A DBS check and proof of UK work eligibility are required for this position. This role operates under a maternity cover arrangement, from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare's South Lodge Care Home in Leicester, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services. Your responsibilities will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance to the General Manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area.
Shift Details: Maternity Cover, 8.30 AM - 6.30 PM
