A luxury office company in Greater London is recruiting for a part-time Receptionist / Client Assistant. We are excited to be recruiting Receptionist / Client Assistants for a luxury office company.
This role is Part-Time 4 days per week between Monday-Friday, no weekends.
As the main point of contact as your clients and visitors go-to person, you'll provide exceptional service to a wide range of clients.
The ideal person will enjoy being the "go-to" person for a wide range of tasks, from meeting room enquiries to answering calls to taking post, to helping plan events, to checking there's soap in the washrooms, towels in the gym/showers and that the coffee machine is topped up and everything is always running smoothly.
You'll take pride in "your" building and want to deliver exceptional experiences to all your clients and visitors. Similar to how you'd expect in a 5 star hotel.
This is a dynamic, client-facing role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, people interaction, and maintaining high standards in a premium location.
