Main Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, assisting with any queries.
  • Ensure that all customers are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Look for opportunities to engage with our customers, by explaining the benefits of player rewards and assisting customers to sign up followed by demonstration of the player rewards journey.
  • Receiving and logging telephone calls and other communications to the venue.

You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK. This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling.
