Job Summary :

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a front-desk or customer service role and will be the first point of contact for our organization. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations greet visitors handle incoming calls and support various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone / email
  • Maintain the reception areas cleanliness and presentation
  • Support administrative team with data entry filing and other clerical tasks
  • Manage hotel guest reservations check in / check out guest payments
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and security protocols
