Overview

Are you our next Receptionist? Here’s more about the role. In this role you will be a key part of the team, whether you’re advising customers and dealing with their queries or tackling administrative tasks.

  • Interact with relatives, residents and visitors providing high-quality customer service.
  • Handle administrative tasks and use IT systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Deliver a positive and helpful approach in a customer service setting.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong IT experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent people skills and a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Experience in a customer service environment and the ability to be caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
