• Confidence in using hotel systems, with Opera experience being a significant advantage.

A fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join us at our InterContinental Edinburgh the George on a Full-Time contract!

You will earn £12.60 per hour – equal to £26,208.00 salary.

As a Receptionist, your main duties and responsibilities will be checking in and out our guests, dealing with any queries or complaints, welcoming our guests to the city and interacting with them to encourage them to join our loyalty program. You will also be a key part of our guests’ overall stay, providing special experiences and recognising our loyal IHG One Rewards members.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial.
• Confident working on Hotel systems, experience working with Opera specifically is a big plus.
• Passion for providing luxury experiences, not shy to go above and beyond to personalise our Guests stay and provide your local wisdom to enhance their experience.
• Ability to work together in the team with guests as our centre focus!
