A facilities management company based in Edinburgh is seeking a temporary Receptionist to join their front of house team. The role involves welcoming visitors, managing calls and emails, and providing exceptional service to ensure a high standard is maintained at all times. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience across various sectors and present themselves professionally.
We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our clients site within Edinburgh, working in the front of house team ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service.
The position is in the front of house team on the ground floor, ensuring incoming visitors are seen to and assisted accordingly. Emails and phone calls are answered and dealt with, and any additional queries from visitors are handled. There are also administrative duties involved.
