Overview

We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our clients site within Edinburgh, working in the front of house team ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service.

The position is in the front of house team on the ground floor, ensuring incoming visitors are seen to and assisted accordingly. Emails and phone calls are answered and dealt with, and any additional queries from visitors are handled. There are also administrative duties involved.

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £14ph - £16ph

Contract: Temporary Receptionist

Duration: 3 days (1st-3rd October)

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a five-star service is delivered by welcoming visitors and directing them accordingly
  • Ensure all calls and emails are answered promptly and appropriately
  • Manage the reception and helpdesk inbox
  • Deal with queries from occupiers or workers
  • Sign in visitors and assist with directions
  • Report relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team
  • Keep the front of house area immaculately presented and replenish stock in kitchens; ensure areas are tidy

  • Customer-facing experience in Marketing/Event

  • Extremely well presented (Black/Navy suit with matching blazer, white shirt, black court shoes; tie for male)
  • Fantastic communication skills, especially when dealing with high-profile clients
