Overview

Location: Bangor Aurora Leisure Complex
Working Hours: Casual, as and when required between Monday to Sunday
Salary: £12.85 per hour + Excellent benefits

Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex is a £38 m leisure facility which includes the development of Northern Ireland’s first FINA standard 50 metre swimming pool and a £15 m investment from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL) administered by Sport Northern Ireland. The complex offers an excellent choice of sporting and leisure facilities. Employee benefits include career progression and reduced membership of the sporting and leisure facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers as the Receptionist; provide concise customer information and service regarding the facility and its offerings.
  • Handle high levels of customer interaction face to face, via email, and by telephone.
  • Assist other staff members as required.
About you / Qualifications
  • Passionate and enthusiastic individual who prides themselves on giving the best service to visitors.
  • Experience dealing face to face with customers in a busy environment; sales experience is desirable.
  • Good communication and customer care skills; able to work under pressure with calmness and maturity.
  • Ability to handle cash, maintain customer records, and use IT systems with a confident telephone manner.
  • Customer service qualifications are desirable.
