Job summary

An inclusive primary school in Dudley is seeking a dedicated Teacher for their Reception class. Roberts Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our Reception Alison, with the possibility of moving across departments in the future. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping children’s early experiences, working alongside a supportive team to deliver an inspiring and engaging curriculum that helps every child thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare and deliver the Reception curriculum.
  • Foster a positive, engaging learning environment in spacious classrooms and outdoor learning spaces.
  • Support children’s development through play‑based and Forest School activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assess progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
  • Actively contribute to staff meetings and professional learning sessions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified teacher with a current teaching qualification or ECTs are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with young children is highly valued.

  • Compliant with physiological UK right‑to‑work, medical clearance and enhanced DBS check.
