We are currently recruiting for a Reception Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Bolton. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days including evenings and weekends in our recently refurbished Hotel.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Reception / Nights Manager. You will be a great leader with excellent attention to detail and superb customer service.

As Reception Manager you will :
  • Be responsible for our Reception and Nights team.
  • Maintain focus on meeting or exceeding departmental and hotel goals whilst ensuring compliance with Hotel standards to maintain brand integrity
  • Ensure services provided by the Reception & Night staff meet or exceeds guest expectations and builds customer loyalty through product and service excellence
  • Recruit, develop and retain a diverse workforce to deliver excellent products and services. Create and sustain a work environment that focuses on fair and equitable treatment and associate satisfaction to enable business success.
  • Assist with the selling strategy to maximize revenue and support the efforts of the Sales team to achieve hotel revenue.
