A leading hotel group in Brighton is looking for a Reception Manager to be the face of the hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service while leading a small team. Responsibilities include managing guest experiences and collaborating with hotel departments. Experience in hotel reception and ideally, knowledge of Opera systems are required. You will be managing a small team within the property and assuming some Duty Manager responsibilities throughout your week. We create memories that the guest will never forget.
