Job description
Overview

We are looking for two enthusiastic, flexible and dynamic Reception Supervisors to join our North Central and Inner Northwest Divisions. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated individuals who are passionate about ensuring our patients are dealt with in a compassionate and efficient way and helping your teams develop in their roles. These roles will include direct patient contact as well as directly supervising your own teams to ensure the needs of the service are recognised across the Divisions.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients, carers, staff and visitors and signposting them to the relevant departments.
  • Booking in appointments on arrival appropriately and according to urgency.
  • Ensuring that patients are treated with dignity and respect and that personal information is conveyed with tact and diplomacy, contributing to the improvement of the patient experience.
  • Carrying out reception tasks and administration leadership as required; the role varies from day to day.
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality service delivery across the Divisions.
