A healthcare provider in Chesterfield is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator for a temporary role at their busy medical practice. The ideal candidate will manage appointments, handle patient requests, and provide clerical support to the healthcare team. This role is crucial for ensuring excellent patient care through both telephone and face-to-face contact. Ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills.
An opportunity has arisen to join our growing team at Royal Primary Care. We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to work within our busy medical practice in the Chesterfield area.
This is a temporary 12-month secondment cover as follows:

To work within the reception team with a focus on achieving excellent patient care via telephone and face-to-face contact. Carry out GP-approved triage to ensure patients see the correct clinician first time. Being a first point of contact for patients and other healthcare providers.
