About the firm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially minded Real Estate Solicitor to join our national client in their Manchester office. This role offers the chance to work within a market-leading, national real estate team known for its sector expertise, technical excellence, and collaborative working culture.

About the role

You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple UK offices on high-value and complex Real Estate matters, with strong support and seamless integration between teams.

This is a fantastic role for someone looking to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment with exposure to major clients, cutting-edge transactions, and innovative legal service delivery methods.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Leading on investment sales and acquisitions across a diverse portfolio of real estate assets.
• Advising on a broad range of asset management and landlord and tenant matters, including large-scale redevelopments.
• Supporting financing and corporate real estate transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating legal documents with precision and commercial awareness.
• Delivering practical, commercially focused advice aligned with client objectives and legal frameworks.
• Helping to build and develop long-standing relationships with a varied client base, including institutional investors, private equity funds, and property companies.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years' PQE within Real Estate Law, is commercially aware, has excellent time management, communication and client care skills.
