Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role is preferred.
  • Understanding of legislation in Residential Lettings is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers and agree on new tenancies.
  • Market properties to tenants.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Assist teams to achieve KPIs.
  • Support colleagues in manager's absence.
