Overview

A top-tier City real estate practice is looking to appoint a senior Associate to its award-winning team. Consistently top-ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500, the group is widely recognised for advising on some of the most sophisticated and high-value real estate private equity transactions in the market.

The team acts for leading global private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals. Matters typically include cross-border acquisitions and disposals, portfolio transactions, joint ventures, and corporate real estate M&A, frequently with intricate structuring and financing elements. Alongside these, you''ll also have exposure to significant development and investment projects, often requiring close coordination with corporate, finance and tax colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on transactions and manage junior team members.
  • Drive matters forward with confidence and commercial acumen.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (corporate, finance, tax) as part of project execution.
Qualifications
  • At least five years' high-quality real estate experience, with a clear track record on private equity-led or corporate-driven real estate transactions.
  • Strong London market experience.
  • Qualification in England & Wales (solicitor/advocate as applicable).
