Overview

A top-tier City real estate practice is looking to appoint a senior Associate to its award-winning team. The team acts for leading global private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals. Matters typically include cross-border acquisitions and disposals, portfolio transactions, joint ventures, and corporate real estate M&A, frequently with intricate structuring and financing elements. Alongside these, you''ll also have exposure to significant development and investment projects, often requiring close coordination with corporate, finance and tax colleagues.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
