Echevarría Attorneys at Law is seeking a Real Estate Post-Closing Paralegal who will take ownership of real estate closings after settlement and ensure every detail is finalized, recorded, submitted, delivered, and documented with 100% accuracy. You will also support overall transaction coordination and assist with business formation when needed.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Post-Closing & File Completion

• Scan, save, and organize all executed documents into digital files.
• Record deeds and other required documents with accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate title insurance policies and issue final documents.
• Send final letters to buyers and deliver completed closing packages.
• Follow up with lenders on mortgage satisfactions until fully cleared.
• Track all post-closing requirements and maintain a completion checklist.
• Address and resolve post-closing issues or complaints when they arise.
• Ensure files are 100% closed – nothing outstanding, nothing pending.

Transaction Support

• Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, Realtors, and title agents to confirm closing steps are accurate and complete.
• Maintain clear, professional communication throughout post-closing follow-ups.
• Collect and maintain transaction data and update digital record systems.

Business Formation (Plus, Not Required)

• Assist with entity formation and compliance documentation if experienced (not required but beneficial).

Compensation

$55,000 – $65,000 annual salary
