The Role

You will be joining an award-winning team handling complex, high-value real estate matters for a diverse client base of HNW individuals, investors, developers, and entrepreneurs. The work will span portfolio management, landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, and secured lending, as well as supporting the corporate team on the property aspects of M&A transactions.

You will play a key leadership role, shaping strategy, mentoring junior lawyers, and helping drive the continued success of the department. For those with an established network or client following in Kent, this is an opportunity to truly make your mark.

About You

• Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Partner with 8+ years PQE
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
• Strong background in landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, and secured lending
