  • Acting for a range of clients on a variety of financing issues
  • Assist the team in managing a large caseload of secured lending transactions for banks and specialist lenders
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusting relationships
  • Playing an active role in business development
You
  • 3+ years PQE withstrong knowledge of commercial and/or residential property and a genuine interest in real estate finance
  • Experience of managing caseloads with minimal supervision
  • Commercial mindset and committed to excellent client service
  • IT competency including Microsoft Office, time recording and case management software, digital dictation
