A leading UK law firm with a strong real estate practice is seeking a Real Estate Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their dispute resolution team in Birmingham. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to work on high-value property disputes within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, development projects, and other property conflicts.
  • Manage cases from inception to resolution, including drafting legal documents and supporting litigation.
  • Contribute to team development through mentoring, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Support business development activities and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth in real estate dispute resolution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years PQE in contentious property law.
  • Proven experience advising on landlord and tenant issues, development projects, and property disputes.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
