Senior Associate - Real Estate

Leeds | 5+ PQE

The Opportunity

You will play a key role within a collaborative and growing team, advising on a broad mix of investment, development and commercial real estate matters, including:

  • Investment work — acquisitions and disposals of commercial property across England and Wales, with ongoing asset management across sectors such as industrial and retail.
  • Development work — site assembly, option agreements, easements and acquisitions, acting for developers and owner‑occupiers, with close collaboration alongside planning and construction specialists.
  • General commercial real estate — acting for retail clients, landlords and occupiers on a varied and high‑quality caseload.
  • Corporate support — advising on property aspects of corporate transactions.
  • Telecoms and infrastructure — supervising telecoms‑related work and advising on infrastructure projects.
  • Business development — contributing to profile‑raising, client development and growth initiatives.
The Team

You will join a partner‑led Leeds real estate practice known for its hands‑on approach, technical strength and supportive culture. The team advises on complex and often large‑scale transactions across logistics, industrial estates, retail portfolios and infrastructure‑led projects. Collaboration, knowledge‑sharing and practical client service are at the heart of how this team operates.
