About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Reach Truck Forklift Driver to join a brand-new warehouse operation based in Coventry. The site specialises in the distribution and logistics of high-quality goods, offering a modern working environment with long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating reach truck forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock within the warehouse
• Accurate put-away and retrieval of goods from racking locations
• Supporting stock control activities, including stock checks and inventory accuracy
• Order picking and packing to customer and quality standards
• General warehouse duties as required to support daily operations
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating reach truck forklifts
• Valid reach truck licence (RTITB / ITSSAR or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Willingness to work early and late shifts
• Strong work ethic and a flexible, team-focused attitude
