IRD Recruitment is currently hiring several experienced Reach Truck Drivers to support a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity based in Northampton (NN7). This role offers stable weekday hours, a supportive working environment, and a pay increase after 12 weeks.

Role Details

• Job Title: Reach Truck Driver
• Location: Northampton, NN7
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 07:00 AM - 16:00 PM
• Pay Rate:
• £13.00 per hour (first 12 weeks)
• £13.84 per hour upon permanent placement

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operating a Reach Truck within a warehouse setting
• Loading, unloading, and relocating stock to appropriate locations
• Supporting general warehouse operations when needed
• Ensuring all procedures are followed to maintain safety and stock accuracy
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Candidate Profile

• Valid Reach Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR recognised)
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
