Qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Reablement Care Assistant you’ll provide essential support that truly changes lives including:

  • Companionship conversations activities outings
  • Medication Management collecting prescriptions reminders safe administration
  • Nutrition & Mealtimes preparing nutritious meals considering dietary needs
  • Housekeeping light cleaning laundry tidying
  • Mobility Assistance transfers walking support use of aids
  • Health Monitoring observing and reporting changes in condition
  • Social Inclusion helping maintain community and family connections
  • Emotional Support empathy reassurance and a listening ear
  • Documentation accurate record keeping
  • Safety & Emergency Response creating safe environments acting quickly when needed
  • Collaboration working closely with colleagues professionals and families
Qualifications

Hold onto your hats ideally you’ll have at least 6 months of social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders!
