About the Role

Reablement is offered to people over 18 in Warwickshirefor a short period of time, no longer than 6 weeks. Those people mayhave a disability, be frail or recoveringfrom an illness or injury.We are a dedicated team committed to helping people to live asindependently as possible in their own homes.
A reablement assistantprovides support to a variety of customers who may be findingparts of their daily routine difficult. By following personalised care plans,theyencourageand motivate people to have the confidenceto regain skills,enabling them tomanage tasks such as washing, dressing, medication and meal preparation for themselves.
This is an extremely rewarding role. Not only will you be making a positive difference, you will be able to see it first-hand as the customer progresses through the reablement service.
Reablement is a 7-day service covering the hours from 7 am - 10 pm every day of the year. We cover all areas of Warwickshire: We have a North and South base.
North areas:
Rugby/Dordon/Kingsbury/Curdworth/Hartshill/Nuneaton/Bedworth
South areas:
Kenilworth/Leamington/Warwick/Stratford/Alcester/Shipston
Key Requirements
Mileage allowance is 45 pence per mile for your travel.
