• Proven experience in raw materials, supplier or specification management within food or beverage manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of VACCP, TACCP, HACCP and food safety testing processes.
• Experienced in supplier auditing, Sedex compliance and documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supplier approval process and manage supplier audits.
• Oversee raw material and packaging specifications to meet customer, legal and internal standards.
• Act as the recognised raw material expert on-site, fostering collaboration between suppliers and internal teams.
