$87,360 inc super + profit share + weekend allowance ($78,350 base salary + super)

About the role

As our Quoting & Priority Accounts Specialist, you'll be the go‑to for customers who've been referred or allocated as priority accounts by our branches, distribution centres, or BD teams. You'll help them find the right hire solutions, manage quotes end‑to‑end, and ensure every experience is seamless.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend, source, and quote equipment solutions for customers.
• Create, update, and convert hire quotes to bookings.
• Follow up on quoted opportunities to secure the win.
• Understand market pricing and apply sound commercial judgement.
• Support branches and BD teams with fast, accurate quoting and follow‑up.
• Build long‑term customer relationships through genuine service.
• Coordinate logistics, transport, and rehires.
• Complete key reports to keep everything on track.

You are a strong communicator and relationship builder who knows how to turn opportunities into outcomes. You are commercially savvy, confident quoting complex jobs, and know how to balance customer satisfaction with business results.
