Qualifications

• Experience of working in HSCPs and Acute care environments.
• Strong planning and leadership skills required.
• Ability to interpret and analyse data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the QUEST response and ensure service provision.
• Develop the QUEST command centre and dashboards.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on operations.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for the QUEST centre.
• Manage escalation systems to mitigate operational performance issues.
• Provide and receive complex and sensitive information.
