Job summary

A leading infrastructure consultancy seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor in the Midlands. You will manage NEC3/4 contracts, support budget control, and contribute to bids for major projects in water and environment sectors. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Quantity Surveying and are progressing towards RICS chartership. A flexible work arrangement is available with on-site commitment required.

Qualifications

• Experience in water, environment, defence, or nuclear sectors.
• Familiarity with CDM regulations.
• Progress toward RICS chartership.

Responsibilities

• Administer NEC3/4 ECC contracts on the client side.
