Qualifications

  • Experience in major projects or Tier 1 contractor settings desirable.
  • Strong analytical and financial management capability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
  • Support tendering activities, pricing, and commercial proposals.
  • Monitor project commercial performance and profitability.
  • Prepare accurate monthly reporting and forecasting.
  • Review contracts and manage commercial risks.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams for programme success.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
