A leading construction firm in Taplow is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee budgeting and commercial support for legacy projects. You will collaborate with various teams to improve cost management and ensure effective communication. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction and be proactive, results-oriented, and focused on delivering excellent customer service. To be responsible for reviewing and preparing budgets at the pre‑development stage. To provide commercial support to the Internal Specification, Customer Service and Estates Teams to improve cost management and inter‑department communications.
The standard default full‑time working hours in the office are 8am-5pm with core working hours 9am-4pm.
