Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in groundworks and building maintenance is a must.
• Willing to build and progress to a Senior Surveyor within the business.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day surveying, estimating, take off.
• Tendering for smaller projects with a value range of 3k to 250k.
• Support the team in any post tender negotiations.
• Procurement of project materials.
• Reconciliation of pricing during projects.
