Our client, a well-respected regional New Build Contractor, is renowned for delivering high-quality new build housing, refurbishment, and maintenance projects, with a strong focus on social housing and extra care developments.

They are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major new project in Bridlington. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large-scale, long‑term development, with work commencing immediately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial lead across 2 separate schemes
  • Ensuring cost control, financial reporting & valuing payments
  • Managing subcontractor accounts
  • Liaising with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations
Candidate Requirements
