Job description

A leading and growing cost consultancy is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their expanding team in Central London, Farringdon.

The Role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic and expanding cost consultancy with a strong pipeline of work. You will be part of a young, ambitious, and dedicated team of 70 Quantity Surveyors in London.

The company's core focus is on Commercial projects, primarily CAT A and CAT B fit outs, including cut and carve projects. Additionally, QS team members support various sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Hotels, Leisure, Mixed Use, Offices, Public Buildings, Residential, and Science.

You will assist with a range of projects and, when ready, will manage projects from inception to completion with support from an MRICS-qualified Partner.

Support and Development

The company provides excellent APC support, with an internal team to assist, plan your training, and monitor your progress.

Candidate Requirements
  • BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree
  • Preferably MRICS
  • Experience in the built environment
  • Experience in a private practice or consultancy
  • Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge
