Quantity Surveyor | Leeds | West Yorkshire

Unite People is working with an established, specialist groundworks infrastructure contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for the business in Leeds.

You will be working with a privately owned company that has long-standing relationships with key clients. If you are currently in a slower-paced, one-project role supporting a commercial lead, this opportunity will give you the platform to have ownership of some smaller value projects independently.

This role enables you to fast-track your career to become a Commercial Manager.

The successful candidate will be working with an established group of clients with an impressive order book for 2025. The company's turnover is expected to increase significantly.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining commercial controls on projects
• Cost to complete
• Pricing and agreeing change
• Close liaison and collaborative teamwork with the project teams
• Experience with JCT or NEC form of contract

Requirements:

• A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
• Demonstrable working knowledge as a Quantity Surveyor
