Role Overview

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial assurance of all financial and contractual aspects of contracted works in relation to a portfolio of projects. You will develop skills across:

• Procurement and contract strategy development and implementation
• Development and implementation of key commercial controls
• Cost assurance, pre and post contract
• Process applications for payment from partners
• Forecast assurance
• Change control assurance
• Contract administration assuranceSupply chain management and procurement support

Qualifications

• Be educated to HND or Degree standard in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, or a related degree
• Hold sound knowledge of contract, be that JCT or NEC or similar
• Ideally have experience of working across both development and delivery phases of projects, although this is a nice to have so don't worry if it's only one and not the other

Compensation

On offer is a salary of between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum along with an annual bonus, a 12% employer pension contribution, annual holiday and other benefits.
