Job summary

A leading rail organisation is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage NEC4 contracts for various services. You'll lead supplier reviews and negotiations, ensuring compliance and performance. Strong skills in contract writing and negotiation are essential. The position allows hybrid working, with 4 days on-site and 1 day from home, starting February 2025. Pre-assignment drug/alcohol tests and medical clearance are required.
