A leading building maintenance company in Cardiff is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage budgets and support maintenance contracts. You will prepare costings, liaise with clients, and ensure financial control on projects. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and experience in social housing, alongside strong communication and construction knowledge.

We are looking for a process driven Quantity Surveyor to join our maintenance team based in Cardiff who collectively are responsible for all responsive and void maintenance works across Cardo Wales and West region.
