Morgan is seeking a Quantitative Developer to join our Rates Trading Strategies team, which is responsible for designing and implementing tools and frameworks to support the systematic trading activity. The Quantitative Developer will work as part of the front‑office team in Mumbai, with a focus on global Rates markets. The individual must be responsible, independent, driven and able to work in smooth coordination with a global team, with an aim to spearhead a local team. The environment is fast‑paced, dynamic and highly collaborative within a globally distributed group.
