We are recruiting a Head of Quality & Technical to lead supplier quality, technical compliance, and continuous improvement across a manufacturing supply chain.

Key duties

Lead the Supplier Quality Assurance function, including supplier approval, audits, and performance management

Own supplier NCRs, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and cost recovery

Drive APQP, PPAP, SPC, and pre-production readiness for new and modified products

Maintain technical files, compliance documentation, FMEAs, control plans, and approvals

Manage customer NCRs and quality concerns through to verified closure

Lead continuous improvement using structured problem-solving methods

Oversee third-party testing, validation, and internal quality control processes

Lead and develop the Quality & Technical function, KPIs, and standards

About you

Senior quality or technical experience within manufacturing

Strong supplier quality and compliance background

Engineering qualification or equivalent experience preferred

Confident reading technical drawings and managing engineering change
