Quality Systems & Data Specialist

£40,700 | Full-Time | Permanent

We’re seeking a Quality Systems & Data Specialist to take ownership of a site-wide Quality Management System, ensuring all documentation, processes and audits are fully compliant, controlled, and effective. This is a permanent, full‑time role with excellent opportunities for career progression and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain the full Quality Management System (QMS), including all policies, procedures, documents, and log sheets.
  • Manage internal audits across all departments from planning through to action close‑out.
  • Maintain document control systems to ensure all records are accurate, reviewed, and fit for purpose.
  • Drive continuous improvement through robust action tracking, data analysis, and problem‑solving.
  • Lead the Technical Services Team and promote a strong quality and compliance culture.
  • Ensure supplier approvals and specifications are maintained and compliant.
  • Support complaint investigations and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Oversee quality‑related system inputs (e.g., Quantiv) and develop systems to meet evolving needs.
  • Maintain an effective traceability process that can be operated reliably at any time.
  • Support departments in data collation, documentation control, and adherence to schedules.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence and drive compliance
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to commute to Peterborough PE1 5BF
