Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting risk and needs assessments for service users.
  • Experience collaborating with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Genuine interest in working with the specific client group.
  • Successful completion of DBS screening.
  • Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to participate in vocational training.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and support care worker rotas in collaboration with Care Coordinators.
  • Conduct regular reviews of individual services and risk assessments.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users’ needs.
  • Shadow new care workers to ensure competence.
  • Carry out observations and evaluations of care worker practices.
