Our fast-scaling technology company is looking for a high calibre quality leader to manage its Quality function. This is an instrumental role in ensuring consistent product quality for a diverse portfolio of international customers.

Working within a dynamic, high-growth environment, you'll be part of a collaborative team that combines advanced science, precision manufacturing, and global customer delivery. The company operates across multiple markets and continues to invest heavily in both production capability and research and development.

You will take full accountability for Quality and HSE performance across the business and be responsible for maintaining and improving quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with key standards such as ISO9001 and ISO45001.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Quality Department and act as Product Quality Authority.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer quality matters.
  • Improve replicability and reduce variability in manufactured products.
  • Strengthen systems and processes that control and assure quality in both laboratory and production environments.
  • Lead internal and external audits, resolving non-conformances and embedding continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with third-party contractors, suppliers, and facilities partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.

We're looking for an individual with a background in either laboratory or production quality environments and someone equally comfortable working strategically and hands‑on.
