Quality Manager required for a well‑established processing site based in Newark. The Quality Manager Role

• Oversee, motivate and develop a small quality team of four and a laboratory team of two
• Quality leader on site
• Oversee product hygiene, compliance, GMP+, HACCP and quality management systems
• Oversee internal audits and product testing
• Management of non-conformances
• Manage customer complaints where required
• Support continuous improvement activities across the site
