Overview

Position Overview: This role focuses on ensuring that manufactured products consistently meet the required quality benchmarks. The position may involve conducting final checks, spot audits, or reviews of specific production areas. For more information, please APPLY NOW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out product audits against documented build instructions and recognized industry quality standards.
  • Record and report any deviations from established criteria in accordance with defined procedures.
  • Review production processes to confirm they are clearly defined, reliable, and capable of achieving the expected quality levels.
  • Rigorously monitor process compliance, escalating any weaknesses or opportunities for improvement to supervisors, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions, including updates to quality management documentation.
  • Follow company quality procedures and standards at all times.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Familiarity with Factory Logix (Aegis) or similar systems.
  • Certification in IPC-A-610 (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of component types and identification.
  • Ability to read and interpret customer drawings.
  • Awareness of electrostatic discharge (ESD) practices.
  • Experience working within a quality management system.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
