Job summary

A well-known aerospace client in England is seeking a Quality Inspector for a short-term contract. Overview

Excel Technical Consulting are currently seeking a Quality Inspector for a short-term contract based in the south of the UK for a well-known aerospace client focused on the production and manufacturing of specialist components and parts.

Throughout this contract, you will be responsible for the inspection of aerospace components, ensuring that the product conforms to customer expectations and standards, whilst partaking in their material review board and the approval of work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Granting certificates of conformity to approved materials and components.
• Maintaining AS9100 system requirements.
• Monitoring and review of operating procedures to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
• Recognise areas in need of continuous improvement.
• Participation in New Product Introduction.
• Inspection across work functions such as engineering drawings, work instructions, and job cards.
